What we know is that it can become too much for some homeowners to keep up with even basic maintenance of their homes and property.  If someone is unable to personally complete the tasks due to physical limitations, and are low income then that makes it even more likely they will receive housing violations.

KeyStone Community Services LLC  is a business that primarily supports senior and disabled homeowners who are low income by offering affordable options to help them keep up with the basics around their homes and property, and sharing information so residents are well informed.
