OUR SERVICE AREAS 
Our main service areas are Cleveland Heights, Lyndhurst, Mayfield Heights, Richmond Heights, South Euclid, and University Heights.  If you live in another nearby community and need assistance, please contact us.  We may still be able to help.  

WHO IS ELIGIBLE? 
We primarily serve low income homeowners who are senior (60 and older) or disabled.  For some services we are able to assist people who are renting. 

WHAT IS THE COST? 
Our fees are based on the project or service.  We start with a free consult.  

WHAT IS CONSIDERED LOW INCOME? 
Household income that is 200% of poverty or less.

If your household income is 200% of Poverty or below using the Federal Poverty Guidelines  then for 1 person in 2026 that is $31,920 and for 2 $43,280.  

WHAT IF I AM NOT LOW INCOME? 
Call us.  We understand that some people need help even though they are not low income.  We may be able to assist, or refer you to other service providers in your community.

WHAT IF I ALREADY RECEIVED VIOLATIONS FROM THE CITY?
Call us.  We may still be able to assist either by providing services, guidance or connecting you with other programs and services in the community.    

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS? 
We do not provide services that would require a specialized professional or the use of a ladder. We do not use chemicals and products including but not limited to weed, pest or grass killers, fertilizers, toxic cleaners, and spray paint.
