Throughout the community there are senior homeowners who are struggling to keep up with basic yard maintenance resulting in them being extremely overgrown and hazardous. Unfortunately, this can also result in citations from the city, and neighbor complaints.
WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?
We provide an affordable option for seniors who either have overgrown properties that need to be brought back to a manageable state, as well as those who are just looking for basic care.

WHAT ABOUT THE COST?
A visit is required first for new clients. Then we can assess the need and provide a cost. All services are based on “call when you need it” model unless you prefer a scheduled program. Mowing is a flat rate of $45 for standard properties. If your property is oversized and has extreme needs, please still call us. We can most likely still assist, but there may be an additional cost.

WHAT IF I RENT THE HOME?
Call us. We understand that some people are renting properties where they are responsible for the yard maintenance. There are some limitations on what we can do, but most likely we will be able to assist.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS?
We do not provide services that would require a specialized professional or the use of a ladder. We do not use chemicals and products including but not limited to weed, pest or grass killers, fertilizers, toxic cleaners, and spray paint.
