IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF EMERGENCY SHELTER IN CUYAHOGA COUNTY
If an individual or family has no place is homeless, they should phone Coordinated Intake to complete an assessment to receive a shelter referral. Call 216.674.6700 and follow the prompts provided. Hours of operation are: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m, Monday through Friday. If prompted, the caller should leave a detailed message, including their name and phone number, and someone will return the call as soon as possible. No one should physically come to Coordinated Intake for assistance. If you require shelter after 8:00 p.m. or on weekends, call 2-1-1 to explore resources. FrontLine Service and its partner agencies will work with you to identify personal and community resources which may prevent homelessness. Shelter beds are available 365 days a year, 7 days a week.
