  • Be homeless, adult and over the age of 18
  • Have the potential to live independently in a group setting
  • Be ambulatory and independent with transfers
  • Be continent
  • Be able to perform independent activities of daily living
  • Not be charged with or registered as a sex offender. (Joseph & Mary’s Home is in close proximity—less than 2,000 feet—to a childcare facility. This requirement is by law.)
