City of Cleveland Heights offers special assistance to seniors and disabled residents who need help placing their refuse and recycling carts out for collection. Application required and is available on website. You can also request to replace your large trash carts with smaller ones.
trash cans/bags are taken to curb weekly. registration is required. participants must be unable to handle task and have no able-bodied person in the home. Individually approved, this service is free. Link to city website for form.
